Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we ship to all provinces and cities in Cambodia, or within Cambodia only, or some international destinations.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer offline payment options. This means you can pay in cash upon delivery, or transfer funds via bank, or pay directly at the store.

When do I need to make the payment?

For cash on delivery, payment is due upon receipt of your order.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are handled securely. For offline payments like cash on delivery, payment is made directly to our trusted delivery personnel.

How does offline payment work?

*Cash on Delivery: You can pay for your order in cash directly to our delivery agent when your order arrives.

*Bank Transfer: After placing your order, we'll provide you with our bank account details. You can then make a transfer through your bank. Your order will be processed once we confirm receipt of the payment.

*In-store Payment: You can place your order online and then pay at the store.
